What exactly is dysfunctional? In the dictionary it states that its something that's abnormal or incomplete. What comes to my mind about dysfunctional is that it means something or someone is not capable of coping with society or whatever is making them a little off from most people. Taking control of how much negative comes into your life is very important. I want the reader to understand that they do have power to make changes in there life. However I know that it will be painful but the only way to have peace in your life is to take control. So stop settling for what life brings you and start controlling the damage dysfunction has brought into your life.
Here are some tips of a dysfunctional relationship:
- You feel trapped
- He or she doesn't respect you
- It feels like your loosing yourself in the relationship
- You neve feel good enough
- You want to leave. But you are afraid
- Both needs are never met ( physcial, mentally,spiritually) whatever it may be.
- You occupy your mind. So that you won't have to deal or think about your situtiaon
- It starts off good then back and forth between good and bad. Until it gets worst.
- You feel confined
- You feel you have to fit yourself in someone esle perception of whats right or wrong
